After a mostly bustling creative childhood, Virginia went on to graduate from Huntsville High School with her OAC diploma. It was during her time at HHS that she discovered her love for video, film, and the media arts at large. Virginia further advanced her skills at Ryerson Polytechnic University where she studied in the school’s Film CE Program.
It did not take this young artist long before she realized, that in order to combine her passion for film and video with the beautiful Muskoka's, she would have to go into business for herself. And so, Starshine Video Productions was born.
After only a few years in business, Virginia’s work has been highlighted in television programs and commercials for the Outdoor Life Network, Discovery Channel, Much Music, Women’s Life Network, CTV and The New VR. From fashion shows to fishing shows, this diverse entrepreneur’s projects are often used for marketing and advertising at the Cottage Life Show, Sportsman Show, Outdoor Adventure Show, on company web pages, and in the personal and professional portfolios of many.
